Step by step instructions:
1. Download the account(s) from the link in the file you received after purchase.
2. Install the latest version - Telegram Desktop Portable X64 or Telegram Desktop Portable X86.
3. Unpack the downloaded archive.
4. Move tdata to the folder with Telegram.exe that you want to run.
5. Run Telegram.exe in the folder with the desired account.
